How to wash Jeans

When washing denim, to maintain the blue appearance and to keep them from shrinking and fading do the following:

Wash New Jeans - The  belief is that the more you use them before their first wash the better they will preserve the natural wear look you'll create in them, including the creases and prevent a washed-out look.

When you do wash new jeans:

Wash separately

Use cold water in the wash

Wash the new jeans inside out to reduce wear or tear on the outside.

Line dry them after, do not put them in the dryer.

Hang your jeans away from direct sunlight and let them air dry.

Never use fabric softener with your jeans.

Skip a cycle or two – Don’t wash them every time you wear them.

To prolong the dark look, dry clean them. Tears and fraying will be minimally disturbed.

Don’t try to clean any spots, as the indigo will be removed and you will be left with a faded spot.

Old things are more beautiful
than many things brand new
Because they bring fond memories
of things we used to do.

Old photographs in albums,
love letters tied with lace
Recapture those old feelings
that new ones can't replace.

Baby shoes, a Teddy bear,
a ring that grandma wore,
Are treasures waiting there behind
a door marked "Nevermore".

Old things are more beautiful,
more precious day-by-day.
Because they are the flowers
we planted yesterday.

You have a great day!!!
